A Day of Praise Through Song - Join us at St. Peter's Anglican in downtown Macclenny on Saturday,
December 1, for a day of Christian praise music, free food, fun and faith. In case you didn't
know, that's the day of the Baker County Christmas Festival and Christmas Parade, and we'll have something
happening in our front yard from 10 in the morning until 4 in the
afternoon. Here are just a few of the featured performers:
-
The Crusaders
for Christ
-
Blue Grass
Breeze
-
The River City
Dulcimers and Friends
-
Flame and Cross
-
Gayle Moore
-
The Holy Smoke
Barbecue Team
-
plus hot dogs,
sausage dogs, and pork
You read correctly up above. Free food, but
donations are appreciated and 100% of the proceeds will be given to a
Baker County charity. And when you come, remember to ask about an
opportunity to get a really unique Christmas gift for a poor family in a
struggling country. It's a farm animal, and it's amazingly cheap.
Plenty of parking on the street, close to
the parade route, rain or shine under our great big tent! All
denominations are welcome. If you are a choir, soloist, band or performer,
it's not late to join the program. Call Magi Taber at 904-259-5710 for
more information. Click the link at left for location and directions.
